Returns and Refunds Policy

At 3DMinis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with any of our products, you have the right to request a return.

📅 Return Period

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

🔁 Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all its original packaging.
• Returns of customized or made-to-order products are not accepted, unless they are defective.

💸 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

• The direct costs of returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
• If the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part, 3DMinis will cover the return shipping costs.
