Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the website 3dminis.net, owned by 3D Minis. By accessing this site, the user agrees to be bound by these terms of use.

2. Proper Use of the Website

The user agrees to use the website lawfully, in accordance with current legislation, good faith, public order, accepted practices, and moral standards. It is strictly prohibited to use the site for illegal purposes or in ways that may harm the rights or interests of third parties.

3. Product Availability

3D Minis makes every effort to keep product availability up to date. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed promptly, and a refund will be issued or a new delivery date agreed upon.

4. Payment Methods

The available payment methods are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, and other supported cards. Payment is processed within a maximum of 24 hours after ordering.
  • PayPal: Payment via verified PayPal account. Subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions.
  • Bizum: Available to users who have it activated with their bank.

5. Delivery

Orders are prepared within an estimated timeframe of 2 to 3 weeks. Each item is printed on demand and undergoes individual quality control. Once shipped, the customer will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If a product is defective, 3D Minis will repair, replace, or refund it as appropriate, at no cost to the consumer.
