Vespera Kalix – The deadliest plumber of Nuke City

Even the most devastated city needs someone to fix the pipes. And in Nuke City, no one charges more than Vespera Kalix.
Her imposing plasma wrench and her defiant attitude have made her a legend: either you pay… or leakage will be the least of your problems.
